Mit abnehmbaren Ohrenschützern und optional erhältlichem verstellbaren Visier, für hohen UV Schutz der Augen, ist der Surf Convertible für jeden Anspruch perfekt zu tunen. Besonders viel Wert haben die Gath Designer auf geringen Wasserwiderstand des Helmes gelegt um Nackenverletzungen bei Waschgängen vorzubeugen. Aufgrund des geringen Gewichts merkt man kaum das man einen Helm trägt. Nicht nur beim Surfen sondern auch zum Kiten oder für Kanuten bieter der New Surf Convertible perfekten Kopfschutz.Wie alle Gath Helme trocknet der New Surf Convertible extrem schnell und alle Teile sind absolut korrosionsbeständig.
